1. Scope

These terms govern the use of this website and any enquiry submitted through it. VOLKOS® is the veterinary hygiene brand of Bellus Pet Company, Tallinn, Estonia.

This website is intended for professional and business users: veterinary clinics, shelters and rescues, emergency hospitals, breeders, procurement teams and distributors. It is not a consumer retail store and no consumer sales are made through it.

2. Website content

Product information, dimensions, material descriptions and certification references are published in good faith and may be updated without notice. Photography is illustrative.

Clinical usage guidance published on this site is general product guidance. It does not replace a practice's own hygiene protocols, waste-handling regulations or veterinary judgement.

3. Enquiries, quotations and orders

Forms and contact details on this site are used to request information, pricing or samples. Submitting an enquiry does not create an order or a binding agreement.

Prices, pack and pallet options, lead times and delivery routes are confirmed in a written quotation. A quotation is valid for the period stated in it, and supply is subject to availability and to written confirmation of terms.

4. Intellectual property

The VOLKOS name, wordmark, logo, product names and all site content are owned by Bellus Pet Company or its licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission.

5. Claims and figures

Material properties and certifications are stated as documented. Comparison, modelled and at-scale figures published on this site are estimates and are labelled as such.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its general content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
